Building Excitement, Engagement & Achievement in Writing with Dr Murray Gadd

In this section we present videos of Dr Murray Gadd working directly with groups of students on diverse aspects of the writing process. These shared writing lesson videos are being made to supplement and illustrate the points highlighted in a range of 'Murray Talks' videos that are also complimented by a number of Videos Lessons that teachers can refer to for lesson planning.

Accompanying each video is a written transcript of the session, including subtitles (so you can analyse my interactions with students in some detail), along with PDF teacher notes of what I was trying to do in the session.

The plan is to create more shared writing sessions with students, workshops and conferencing sessions with students, as well as more sets of shared and guided writing sessions.
