From 1st September 2026, the online subscription resource will be closing and moving to a free model.
While I continue to get really good feedback from teachers about the writing lessons within the resource, the truth is that I find the pressure of continually developing new material quite overwhelming as I try to cut down my workload. I’m not getting any younger!
1. There will be a phased transition to making selected content freely accessible from September 2026.
2. This phased transition is a fair way to allow all existing paid users to complete their current subscription term.
3. Until Sept 2026, all material will continue to be available through a new Monthly Subscription Plan at a new cost detailed below.
Timeline:
- From 31st August 2025:
- Annual Subscription renewals / purchases is replaced by a new Monthly Plan.
- The Monthly Subscriptions plan is available for all new purchases & renewals.
- Existing Annual Subscribers are automatically moved to the new Monthly Plan (existing time will be retained).
- All plans will switch to a pro-rated renewal date of 1st of the month.
- 1st August 2026: final Monthly Subscription renewal payment (the last month).
- 1st September 2026: Selected materials will become available for free use.
What This Means For Current Annual Subscribers
The Annual Plan is now retired and you will be automatically migrated to the new equivalent Monthly Plan.
You have two options:
Option 1: Do nothing and continue on the new Monthly Plan (Recommended)
- All plans are being switched to the new Monthly Plan – you don’t need to do anything.
- Your access will remain as it is, along with your team’s access.
- We are synchronising all subscriber payments to the 1st of each month.
- You will not lose any of the remaining time you’ve paid for.
- At your next renewal date you will be billed an initial pro-rata payment to bring your subscription in line with the 1st of the following month.
- From then on (until 1st Sept 2026), your Subscription will be billed monthly at the new rates (shown below).
Option 2: Cancel your plan
If you prefer you can simply cancel your plan – which will mean you will not be able to access the resource materials (until they are made freely available in Sept 2026). There are no exceptions to this, or early access available.

- Individual Teacher: $5 monthly subscription
- School with 2 – 10 teachers: $16 monthly subscription
- School with 11 – 20 teachers: $22 monthly subscription
- School with 21 – 30 teachers: $28 monthly subscription
- School with 31+ teachers: $33 monthly subscription
